Meet the Holzman’s - Louis, Kelli and Jeff. This son, mother and father trio is the heart behind QCR. Their passion for the Queen City is what connected them with AEDC.
After a recent purchase of a 100+ year old building on Hamilton Street, QCR realized they would need more funding to complete renovations to the residential and commercial space. In spring of 2024, the team met with AEDC to discuss financing options and by the end of June they were approved for $75,000 through the City of Allentown’s Enterprise Zone Loan.
“Partnering with an organization like AEDC, that has years of experience and a core mission to support work like this, is what makes it possible for a small business like QCR to undertake this initiative,” says Louis.
For the past few years, the Holzman’s have committed to three major projects in prominent locations throughout the city, all that had been left vacant and/or with suspended maintenance. They are proud to help produce new job opportunities and provide safe, affordable and clean housing with these properties. It’s no wonder that QCR’s mantra is “Our family. Your home.”
